Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the terms under which refunds may be considered for purchases made on AppCode Reskin ("we", "us", "our", or the "Platform"). By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Policy.

1. General Rule

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because AppCode Reskin provides immediate access to digital services, software tools, downloadable content, SDK generation, and automated project processing, refunds are generally not available once the service has been delivered or the digital content has been made accessible.

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional situations, including:

• Proven technical failures caused exclusively by AppCode Reskin.
• Duplicate charges for the same product or slot.
• Billing errors directly attributable to the Platform.
• Major platform malfunctions preventing service delivery for a prolonged period.

AppCode Reskin reserves sole and absolute discretion in determining refund eligibility. Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Alternatives to Refunds

As an alternative to a monetary refund, AppCode Reskin may, at its sole discretion, offer:

• Promotional coupons.
• Additional usage credits.
• Complimentary platform slots (Android, iOS, or Bundle).
• Service extensions or upgrades.

4. How to Request a Refund

Eligible refund requests must be submitted to appcode.engine@hotmail.com within fourteen (14) days from the date of the transaction. The request must include the account email, invoice or transaction ID, date of purchase, and a clear description of the issue together with any supporting evidence. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may request additional information.

5. Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated through your bank or payment provider without first contacting AppCode Reskin support may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of unused slots and credits, and the right to recover associated costs and fees.

6. Consumer Rights

Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction grant you a statutory right of withdrawal or refund that cannot be waived by contract, those rights apply in addition to this Policy. By starting the use of digital content or downloadable builds immediately after purchase, you may expressly waive any statutory withdrawal right where permitted by law.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date and will apply to purchases made after the change.
